How to stop artblocks

I've been going through massive art/improvement block lately. So yesterday I decided to gather my thoughts together and write down a list of things I've done in the past to cure art blocks I've had before. But then I had an idea - why not share my own findings with everyone else? I know my methods of curing art blocks may not be 'original', because I'm sure at least 3,000 other people have thought of doing these things before. But hey, they work! XD

I also decided to post this tutorial (if that's what you want to call it, heh) because I feel that I've been neglecting everyone on dA (I don't mean to...) and I felt that I should try to contribute to the community in some way.
I hope to have more tutorials eventually!(REAL tutorials!)
